Came across this video on studio apartments today, and while it talked a lot about RWA issues for places like M3M Elie Saab in Noida, my main concern is actually the possession timeline. These big projects always seem to have delays, right? I'm looking at studios in Noida, and honestly not sure if I can trust the developer's promised dates. Has anyone here invested in M3M Elie Saab or similar projects? Did they deliver on time?

M3M Elie Saab ka hype genuine hai ya bas marketing gimmick? ₹15 crore dekar bhi, kya wahan actual mein acchi family life milegi? Sab bolte hain luxury hai, but carpet area efficiency ka kya scene hai? Brochures mein toh sab bada lagta hai. Itni price mein bhi noise levels aur air quality ka issue hoga kya? Lagta hai sirf branding pe paisa lagaya hai. Change my mind, please.
