My wife keeps asking about the kids' school admission but I'm still reeling from our Maestro Infra Tech experience. Hargovind Enclave ka brochure kitna accha dikhaya tha, especially for the kids' play area. But jab possession mila, amenities were nowhere near as promised. Pool looks like a puddle, and that 'clubhouse' is just a small room. Honestly, for ₹75L, I expected better quality. Feeling cheated, yaar. Did anyone else face this misleading brochure issue with them? My kids deserve a proper play area.

₹80L for a 2BHK in Maestro Infra Tech Hargovind Enclave seems decent. I'm eyeing it for investment. From my experience, completed projects sometimes have limited upside. Is there any solid data on its price appreciation post-completion? Yaar, rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Also, investor ratio ka kya scene hai, ghost society risk toh nahi hoga na? Secondary market kitna active hai iska?
