Mahagun Mantra Villament in Greater Noida looks good, but is that price jump worth it for daily living? I need a true home, not just brochure specs. For residents, how's the actual carpet area? Are layouts practical for a family, or just fancy? What's the neighbourhood quality like? Are schools, hospitals, and markets convenient? I've got an existing home loan, so this has to be a smart move. Any honest opinions would be awesome. Hope this helps others too.

Hey guys, I'm confused between Lotus Greens Isle and Mahagun Mantra Villament in Noida. Lotus Greens is ready to move, which is great, but the price is crazy high! Almost 15-20 Cr! Mahagun is much cheaper, around 2-2.5 Cr. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Has anyone experienced any issues with Mahagun's projects before? Also, is the location of Lotus Greens really worth that much more? Is it better connected than Mahagun Mantra? I'm looking for good ROI, so which one would appreciate more in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better overall, considering everything? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
