Advertised price se toh bilkul alag hi scene hai. PLC, stamp duty, registry, aur ab interior ka alag budget. Site pe construction quality bhi thodi... not sure. Shubham Shubhbhoomi wale log, aapka experience kaisa hai? Kya aapke bhi total cost of ownership mein itna difference aaya? Yaar, yeh sab pehle koi batata nahi.
