Just moved into Maxblis White House III last month. Seeing some cracks already. Does this affect resale value much? And what about maintenance charges vs. actual service? Is it worth it long-term for tenants?

Construction quality is my main worry – cracks, seepage, loose fittings after a year. Clubhouse use hota hai ya bas showpiece? Is this price jump worth it? It's a big investment; don't want regret. For kids' school and safety, ready-to-move sahi hai, but upcoming mein appreciation zyada milega?
