Just moved into Maxblis White House III last month. Seeing some cracks already. Does this affect resale value much? And what about maintenance charges vs. actual service? Is it worth it long-term for tenants?
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Maxblis White House III – justified? I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 10, planning upgrade, already have home loan. Brochures showed amazing amenities: sports complex, huge green area. But friends with possession say kaafi issues hain. Construction quality is my main worry – cracks, seepage, loose fittings after a year. Clubhouse use hota hai ya bas showpiece? Is this price jump worth it? It's a big investment; don't want regret. Anyone faced similar issues with Maxblis or other Greater Noida projects? Kya premium projects mein bhi yehi haal hai?

The brochures for these projects are honestly just fantasy. Maxblis White House III's clubhouse and pool are nowhere near what they showed during booking. We paid a premium expecting those amenities, but the reality is just disappointing. Is anyone else facing this with completed projects in Noida Extension? How do you even deal with such RWA promises?

Ashtech ka builder track record kaisa hai, will they deliver on time? Maxblis mein OC mil gaya hai kya? For kids' school and safety, ready-to-move sahi hai, but upcoming mein appreciation zyada milega?
