Under-construction projects are a total gamble, especially with the hidden costs. MC Fortune ready hai par expensive lag raha. Adarsh Greens ongoing hai, but possession ka tension hai. PLC aur delays ka darr lagta hai. Kya under-construction projects mein risk worth it hai?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, aur pehli property hai toh bohot confusion hai. SSVR Acacia aur MC Fortune dono completed projects hain. MC Fortune ka price thoda high lag raha, par unke amenities kitne useful hain? Yaar, SSVR Acacia ke floor plans better hain ya MC Fortune ke? Maintenance charges ka bhi idea nahi.
Honestly, I'm completely fed up of renting in Bangalore. My landlord just hiked rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Looking at MC Fortune, it's completed. Kya lagta hai iska resale potential? Aur isme investor ratio kitna hai? Don't want a ghost society after paying 1.7-2.8 Cr. Any real experiences ya advice?
Did some research on MC Fortune this week. At ₹1.70 Cr+, what's the capital appreciation potential really like? And for investors, how liquid is the resale market there?
Budget finalised, MC Fortune dekh raha hun. I know builder games. Amenities daily life mein kitne useful hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Genuinely rehne layak hai? Disagree? Why?
Trying to figure out Bengaluru property is a headache with these crazy price gaps. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking at completed projects MC Fortune (1.7 Cr+) and SM Platina (42L+). MC Fortune feels like a stretch. Will SM Platina give decent 5-year appreciation or rental potential? Is the lower price a red flag for future returns?
