Okay I'll say what no one says about Mohali projects. Just moved into Millenium Bajrang Society a couple months back, aur security systems ka haal dekh ke I'm really worried about ROI. CCTV cameras hain par kitne functional hain, kaun monitor kar raha hai, not sure. Change my mind.
Not proud of this but Millenium Bajrang Society ka brochure misleading tha. Green space toh bas naam ka hai, cramped towers hain. Parking bhi lottery hai. Is a 3BHK upgrade worth it?
I'm based in Dubai, planning to invest in Mohali, maybe Millenium Bajrang Society. Can't do site visits myself, so community opinions matter. Construction quality ka long-term resale value aur maintenance costs pe kya asar hota hai? Also, clubhouse jaisi amenities sirf show hain ya actual tenant attraction badhati hain? Parking allocation mein bhi transparency chahiye. Aapka kya experience hai?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – I'm in Dubai. Mohali ke Millenium Bajrang Society mein construction quality issues kitne common hain? Clubhouse facilities ka actual usage? Resale value par impact kya hai?
Since last year I've been eyeing properties in Mohali for my first investment. I'm looking at places like Millenium Bajrang Society, and honestly, the amenities look great on paper. But I'm worried about the reality. Do these fancy clubhouses and sports facilities actually get used, or are they just for show, driving up maintenance charges? My biggest concern is construction quality. People say cracks and seepage appear within a year, affecting resale value and increasing long-term costs. What's the real ground truth on snags? Are the maintenance charges actually worth the service quality you get later? Any experiences with Millenium Bajrang Society or similar projects would be super helpful. Does the premium for amenities truly attract better tenants or just inflate prices? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I prioritize a solid build over flashy extras?
Mohali mein builders ka 'promised vs delivered' gap bahot bada hai, honestly. Millenium Bajrang Society dekh ke aaya, brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai. But real mein kya milta hai? Clubhouse aur green areas sirf naam ke toh nahi honge? Aur maintenance charges kitne lagte hain after possession, aur uske badle service kaisi milti hai?
Honestly, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again and I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Mohali. Looking at places like Millenium Bajrang Society, but I'm super concerned about actual construction quality. Brochures always look great, but what's the ground reality after a year or two? Are people seeing cracks, seepage issues, or fittings failing? Also, how are the maintenance charges compared to the actual service? Is the power backup full flat or just common areas? Not sure if the promised amenities actually get delivered or if it's just a tick-box exercise. What's been your experience?
The amenities promised in Mohali projects often feel like pure marketing hype. I'm so fed up of renting, yaar. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math abhi sahi lag raha hai. I'm looking at places, like Millenium Bajrang Society, but real reviews chahiye. Brochure mein swimming pool, gym sab dikhate hain, but possession pe kya milta hai? Bas naam ke liye ya actually usable hota hai? Children's play area bhi, is it safe ya bas ek small patch? And construction quality, cracks, seepage common hai kya after a year? Maintenance charges bhi itne high hote hain, but service kitni milti hai? Value for money hai ya nahi? Has anyone bought recently and faced this? What should I really look out for during site visits?
