Possession was in March at MR Officer City 1, and honestly, expectations high the. Jab site visit kiya tha, amenities list bohot impressive thi, especially the clubhouse aur sports facilities. But abhi jab move in kiya hai, lag raha hai kuch promises bas brochure pe hi the. Clubhouse mein swimming pool abhi tak ready nahi hai, aur gym equipment bahut limited hain. Kids play area bhi chhota sa hai, not what they showed in renders. It feels like a ghost facility sometimes. Yaar, itna paisa diya hai, is it worth it? Has anyone else faced this gap between what was promised and what you actually got after moving into a new project in Ghaziabad?
Since January I've been shortlisting 3BHKs in Ghaziabad, checking out places like MR Officer City 1. I'm realizing high maintenance charges don't always mean good service or used amenities. My current 2BHK mein toh theek hai, but new projects often have costly clubhouses jo ghost facilities ban jaate hain. Yeh cheez resale value pe bahut effect karti hai. What's the best way to verify actual service quality beforehand?

Honest opinions needed, should I trust their delivery and long-term upkeep?
MR Officer City 1 mein rental yield expectations thode different hain ground pe. Just moved in last month. Lagta hai investor ratio kafi high hai, end-users kam. Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai long-term mein? Resale market kitni liquid hai yahaan?
