New Arohi Apartments mein maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Kids have moved out, so I'm thinking of downsizing from our big house. Want a manageable flat near a good hospital. Is the society senior-friendly? Aur maintenance cost kitna padta hai monthly? Sunna hai OC ke baad rates badhte hain, is that true?
Okay, I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking at New Arohi Apartments in Delhi, price range is ₹2.65 Cr. Everyone glorifies new projects but nobody talks about actual daily livability. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya bas paper pe sahi lagta hai? Woh fancy amenities jo dikhate hain, like swimming pool, gym… are they even usable? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly log hain ya isolated? Disagree? Tell me why.
I honestly thought buying a ready-to-move flat would be straightforward, especially after selling our big house. But D.P.W.H.O Project - 18 mein dekh raha tha, aur registry ke baad pata chala ki maintenance charges kitne high hain! Kids have moved out, I just want something manageable, low-maintenance. Is it normal for older, completed projects to have such hidden costs? New Arohi Apartments toh bahut mehnga hai, but at least unka brochure total cost of ownership ke baare mein thoda clear tha. Mera budget toh hil gaya. Did anyone else face this with D.P.W.H.O?
New Arohi Apartments — I'm really looking at a 2BHK here after kids moved out. We're downsizing, selling our current big place, and need something manageable. I visited last month, found a unit around 2.8 Cr... seems okay. But I'm wondering about the actual daily livability. Is the society friendly, or is it isolated? Also, how accessible are good hospitals nearby for pre-retirees like us? And what about the monthly maintenance charges? Are they genuinely low or do they add up quickly? Any real-life experiences would be so helpful.
