Visited OM Apartment yesterday. Kids have moved out, so we need something manageable. Is the society genuinely good, and are the elevators reliable? What are the actual maintenance charges like there?
Upgrading to a 3BHK feels like a huge jump right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK and considering OM APARTMENT. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on brochures? What's the real deal with amenities there? And how's the neighbourhood quality – schools, markets? Is the price jump justified for daily convenience?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, can't believe the prices. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Everyone glorifies Mayurdhwaj Apartments for its 'prime location', but I'm worried about rental potential there compared to OM Apartment. OM seems more end-user focused, less ghost society risk, which means better long-term tenants, right? Builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai. Honestly, not sure if Mayurdhwaj's higher price range makes sense for a pure investment property. Disagree? Tell me why.
