Everyone glorifies premium projects but nobody talks about the actual build quality after a few months, yaar. Just got possession of my 2BHK at Oneiro Aarambham a couple months back. Honestly, already seeing small cracks near windows and some bathroom fittings feel super flimsy. Matlab, is this common for new builds in Bengaluru? My biggest worry is how this affects resale value and long-term maintenance costs. High maintenance charges for average service quality isn't value for money for an investor. And the clubhouse? Mostly empty. Will tenants even care about a ghost facility? Is good construction just a myth here now? Change my mind.
Oneiro Aarambham, I'm seriously considering a flat here. My budget is around ₹85L and this project looks good on paper. But honestly, I'm a bit nervous about the reality. Builder log jo amenities promise karte hain, kya woh actual mein milte hain? Ya sirf brochure mein hi achha lagta hai? And construction quality, especially after one year, does it hold up? Ya seepage, cracks ki problems aati hain? Maintenance charges bhi kitne hote hain aur service quality kaisi hai? Any experiences with this builder or similar projects in Bengaluru? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I trust the shiny sales pitch?
