Paramount Luxury Floor Malibu Town aur 63A, dono completed hain. Malibu Town ka range ₹2.80-₹5.90 Cr hai, aur 63A ₹2.65-₹2.75 Cr. Yaar, itna price difference kyun hai? Already home loan pe hoon, toh EMI ka bohot dhyan rakhna padega. Malibu Town mein amenities kaafi dikhti hain brochure mein, jaise fancy pools aur clubhouses. Par kya woh actually use hoti hain? 63A mein amenities thodi basic lagti hain. Is it worth paying extra for things jo maybe kabhi use na ho? Aur investment potential ka kya scene hai? Which one gives better appreciation in 5 years? Maintenance charges ka bhi batao, 63A ka kam hoga na?
