Ghaziabad, Parisha Home mein koi rehta hai kya? I'm looking at a unit there. Builder claims are one thing, but actual daily life experience and amenity useability ka kya scene hai? Especially the gym and park, are they properly maintained?
Since last year, I've been looking at properties in Ghaziabad for my own use. Uninav Utopia aur Parisha Home Pvt Ltd mein confused hoon, dono ke quotes dekh raha tha. I work in real estate, but khud ke liye buying is different. Builder log super area ke naam pe kya kya dikha dete hain, but real carpet area efficiency kiski better hai? Aur price per sqft ka game toh sabko pata hai, advertised rate aur final cost mein kitna difference aata hai? Kya kisi ka experience hai with actual usable amenities in Parisha? Utopia mein bhi, brochure amenities kitni realistic hain?
Visited a few projects last weekend, and one thing I noticed is how different the 'real' value feels for ready-to-move versus under-construction. I was looking at Parisha Home Pvt Ltd, jo ki completed hai, so no possession risk. But then there's SKA Divine, upcoming, with a much higher price tag. My thought is, is the under-construction gamble with SKA worth it for better 5-year appreciation potential? Yaar, Parisha mein builder ka track record toh visible hai, but SKA ka kya scene hai? Any idea about their past deliveries? Is the higher price for SKA justified by future growth, or should one stick to the certainty of a ready project like Parisha for investment? Confused hoon.

Kya actual payment mein bhi itna hi gap rehta hai ya hidden charges add hote hain? Carpet area efficiency kiski better hai?
