Finding a truly compact and efficient 3BHK in Mohali is surprisingly tough. Kids ab chale gaye hain, toh humein itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Parkview Apartments dekh raha hoon, but confused hoon ki carpet area kitna practical hai. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Aur aas paas hospital facilities kaisi hain? Maintenance bhi kam chahiye. Any experiences?
Visited Bestech City 2 and Parkview Apartments this weekend. Honestly fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. My biggest concern is usable space; some floor plans feel so inefficient. Parkview felt better on carpet area, but the total cost of ownership seems much higher. Is Bestech's layout practical for families, or does it waste too much space? Which one do you think is more liveable long-term?
Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme last year. Now, I'm seriously looking at Parkview Apartments, thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. My main concern is the investor angle. Iska capital appreciation forecast kaisa hai? Builders ne launch ke baad price kitna badhaya hai? I'm already carrying a home loan, so is this ₹2.65 Cr–₹3.50 Cr premium justified for long-term wealth creation? Resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Will it be easy to find a buyer in 5-7 years, ya ghost society ban jayegi because of high investor ratio? Jo log already reh rahe hain, unka kya experience hai rental yield ka? Any advice on exit strategy?
₹2.65 Cr se ₹3.50 Cr for Parkview Apartments Gurugram. My analysis shows similar projects struggle to cross 3.5% rental yield yahan. Is range mein capital appreciation potential kitna hai? From my experience, liquidity is crucial. Iska resale market kaisa hai, any active buyers for quick exit?
