The disparity between promised amenities and what's actually delivered is my biggest worry right now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector Alpha, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Greater Noida. Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV looks good on paper, but I'm worried about what actually gets delivered. Are the clubhouses and sports facilities genuinely usable, or just showpieces? My biggest fear is paying high maintenance charges for services that aren't up to par. Also, how's the parking allocation there? Is it a lottery system or properly assigned? Already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to feel justified. What's been your experience with the actual usability and service quality in projects like this after possession?
Did a site visit to Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV last week. They show amazing clubhouses and amenities, but honestly, for an investor, are these ever delivered as promised? And does a fancy clubhouse genuinely attract good tenants or boost resale value, or just mean higher maintenance charges later? I'm finally taking the plunge and don't want surprises. What's the reality there?
₹78L for Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV, possession 3 months back. Already seeing cracks, loose fittings. Construction quality feels so poor. Will this kill resale value? Anyone else facing this there?
Honestly, I'm fed up of renting, landlord hiked the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. My budget's around ₹70L. Is Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on paper? What's the actual amenity quality like? Are the gym and pool facilities well-maintained and usable, or mostly for show? I'm worried about high maintenance charges later. What do residents actually pay monthly? Also, what's the community vibe like? Is it friendly and active, or more isolated? Just want to ensure it's a good home, not just an investment.
Got possession in March, realizing floor plan efficiency is key. Visited Parsvnath Privilege IV and Unitech UGCC Amber. Usable space felt so different for similar BHKs. Honestly, how much do those fancy clubhouse amenities actually get used daily? Are they worth the long-term maintenance impact?
Was supposed to decide by last month but found a cool hack: for completed projects, actually talk to residents *before* site visits. Their unfiltered feedback on daily life, maintenance, and society vibe is gold. I'm eyeing Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV, it's completed and fits my 3BHK need. Kids ke schools kaise hain paas mein? Society ka mahol kaisa hai? Genuinely family-friendly hai ya bas ads mein? Any hidden issues after possession? This approach helps filter out duds.
Visited CGEWHO Kendriya Vihar 2 and Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV this weekend. Done with renting! Parsvnath's cheaper, but is carpet area efficiency similar? What about total ownership cost including maintenance? Which is better long-term value in Noida?
Noida—my own property search is crazy, even after years in real estate. I'm torn between The 3C Sports Village and Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV. 3C is still UC, Parsvnath is RTM. What's the real word on 3C's possession timeline? Any past issues with their delivery? For Parsvnath, any red flags on builder reputation or hidden costs post-possession? I know what builders don't tell you.
