Pragati Aranyam

Just moved into my flat there a couple months back, possession was in March. Honestly, already seeing some minor cracks and the bathroom fittings feel super flimsy. I'm worried about resale value down the line. Plus, maintenance charges feel high for what we get. Does good construction really attract better tenants or is it just a premium for nothing?

₹28k for rent this month, yaar. Landlord increased it again. Fed up of renting now, finally taking the plunge. Property dekh raha hoon Pune mein. Visited Pragati Aranyam, they show so many fancy amenities in brochures. Like a huge clubhouse, swimming pool, sab kuch. But I've heard stories about promised amenities vs. what actually gets delivered on possession. Matlab, construction quality ka kya scene hai after a year or two? Cracks, seepage issues, these things really scare me. And maintenance charges, do they actually provide good service for what they charge? Any real owners from Pragati Aranyam or similar projects, please share your experience. Is it worth it, ya sirf dikhawa hai?
