Noida peeps, need some advice. I'm looking at two very different properties. ATS Knightsbridge is super expensive (10Cr+!), ongoing construction, but damn those amenities look good on the brochure. Prateek Stylome is ready to move, but it's almost half the price. Honestly not sure if the Knightsbridge price tag is justified. My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer. Stylome offers that, plus I can actually see the carpet area before paying. But Knightsbridge, that location near the expressway feels premium. Which has better resale potential, 5 years down the line? Anyone seen both? What would you pick for a family moving in? Vote!
Prateek Stylome ready hai, but ATS Pious Orchards looks promising. Kids have moved out. Which has better resale value after 5 years? Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai?
