Been checking out JMD Marvella Homes and Purvanchal Saket Dham. Marvella is cheaper, but Saket Dham seems more spacious. Wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Is the slightly higher price worth it for Saket Dham? Also, how are the maintenance charges in each? Any opinions?
Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. Finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at ready-to-move options in Noida to avoid possession delays. Narrowed it down to Presidency Presithum and Purvanchal Saket Dham. Saket Dham seems cheaper upfront, but what's the catch? Are the maintenance charges crazy high or something? Presithum looks decent, but I'm worried about carpet area efficiency; seems cramped in some layouts. Anyone living there who can share their experience? Also, between the two, which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? Honestly not sure which one to pick for long-term investment and rental potential. What does the community think? Vote or share your reasoning!
Ready to move is *always* better than under construction, right? I'm leaning towards Purvanchal Saket Dham since it's OC received. My wife's priority is a safe society for the kids. But honestly, the Mecon Apartments project is tempting coz of the potential appreciation. Saket Dham's price per sqft seems high though. Are we actually getting more usable space? I need at least a 3BHK, and carpet area matters more than fancy amenities. Mecon might be cheaper overall. Anyone have experience with Purvanchal Group? Builder ka track record kya hai? Tell me if I'm wrong about ready-to-move being safer. Change my mind.
Kids have moved out. Don't need such a big place. Purvanchal Saket Dham ready hai. Gardenia AIMS MAX mein risk toh nahi hoga? Kya lagta hai, resale value kiski better hogi?
