Reviva mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Just got possession for my flat in Reviva last month, aur honestly, thoda tension ho raha hai. Kuch minor cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose lag rahe. Is this normal for new builds in Bangalore, ya I should push the builder hard? Thinking about future resale value aur maintenance costs, yeh sab issues toh EMI pe bhaari pad sakte hain. Also, promised amenities like the gym aur clubhouse, they look good on paper but kitna use hota hai? My tenant would expect these things to be top-notch. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hain, but services ka quality abhi tak 'just okay' lag raha. Kya kisi ko first-hand experience hai after a year or so? Does it improve or get worse? Any advice on initial snags?
Sarjapur Road area mein Reviva... builder ka delivery track record dekh ke seriously frustrated hoon. Bola tha 2.5 saal mein possession, ab toh 3 saal ho gaye, construction abhi bhi slow hai. Pre-launch price se ab tak project ka capital appreciation kitna hua hai? Mera investment ROI toh EMI mein hi chala jayega. Kaafi time se rent bhar raha hoon, socha equity banegi. Koi aur investor hai Reviva mein? Kya plan hai exit ka agar aur delay hua?
My current 2BHK feels super cramped with two growing kids now. Reviva ke 3BHK layouts kitne efficient hain, ya bas paper pe bade lagte hain? Kids ke schools aur neighbourhood safety kaisi hai wahan? Real residents ka experience chahiye.
Reviva ke brochures mein jo dikhaya, real mein alag hi hai. Maintenance charges toh bilkul different nikle. EMI vs rent math bigad gaya. Kisi aur ko bhi possession ke baad hidden costs ka jhatka laga kya?
