₹80 lakh for a 2BHK in SAP Global H Block, but I'm already seeing seepage issues after a year. Builder ki construction quality par koi focus nahi hota. Investors, yeh future maintenance aur resale value ka killer hai. Agree ya disagree?
I'll be honest, I'm so fed up with how builders market their projects. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa in Gurgaon. Visited SAP Global H Block, and yaar, brochure mein jo amenities dikhate hain, real mein kuch aur hi hota hai. Clubhouse looks great on paper but is it even usable daily? Aur construction quality? Sunn raha hu ki cracks aur seepage issues aate hain after a year. Is the price jump worth it for these issues? Already have a home loan, don't want more headaches.
2.59 crore ka price tag for SAP Global H Block Sohna is making me think. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade, but is this price jump worth it for daily living? Yaar, brochures toh sab sahi dikhate hain, but actually rehne mein kaisa hai? Are the amenities useful, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain?
₹2.59 Cr for SAP Global H Block — I'm looking at this for my own home, not for a client. I know how brochures look vs. actual site, but is it genuinely good for daily living? Matlab, amenities jaise gym, club house, are they actually usable ya bas show-off hai? As a broker, I see through super area vs. carpet area games, but for myself, I need real livability. Also, maintenance charges kya hain yahan pe? Builders initially quote low but then it shoots up. Any residents here who can share their experience? Kya community vibe kaisi hai?
