25 saal purana ghar bechke ab Saviour Vridhi Towers mein 2BHK dekh raha hoon. Kids moved out, don't need such a big place. Builder ka construction quality kaisa hai after 1-2 saal? Cracks ya seepage issues aate hain kya? Maintenance charges ke against service theek milti hai ya bas naam ke liye? Manageable society chahiye.
Just moved into my flat in Saviour Vridhi Towers three months ago, aur abhi se thodi tension ho rahi hai. Possession ke time jo snag list di thi, usme se kaafi cheezein abhi tak fix nahi hui. Walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose lag rahe hain. Builder bol raha hai sab theek ho jayega, but I'm worried about long-term maintenance costs aur resale value. Also, maintenance charges toh bilkul hefty hain, but service quality utni achhi nahi lag rahi. Security guards bas gate pe khade rehte hain, aur cleaning bhi average hai. Is it worth paying so much when basic issues like seepage ya faulty wiring bhi address nahi ho rahe? Agar tenant attract karna ho toh future mein problem hogi. Community mein aur kisika Saviour Vridhi Towers mein experience kaisa raha hai? Especially construction quality aur maintenance service ko leke. Kya yeh common hai Greater Noida mein, ya sirf mere saath ho raha hai? Thoda guidance mile toh accha hoga, kaise approach karu builder ko.
Okay I'll be honest – I'm really struggling to decide if upgrading is worth the hassle right now. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of a 3BHK or villa in Greater Noida. Saviour Vridhi Towers jaise projects mein amenities kaafi dikhate hain. But after a year, are those clubhouses actually functional ya bas showpiece? My friend's society mein swimming pool kabhi clean hi nahi hota. Construction quality ka bhi darr hai, like cracks or seepage later on. Is the price jump for these premium amenities justified if they're not maintained? Am I the only one who feels this way?
