Does anyone really believe Sethi Homes' per sqft rates are justified, or is it just the RTM premium? I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm seeing through the marketing spin big time. Everyone glorifies 'ready to move,' but nobody talks about how much extra you're actually paying for a society that might already have RWA issues or underused amenities. Apex Acacia Valley is still a bit of a mystery, no clear possession date, but aren't we just paying for shiny clubhouse renders in these projects? What's the actual usable space like there, not the super area games? I'm honestly not sure if the 'peace of mind' of Sethi Homes outweighs the potential future value or better carpet area efficiency Apex *might* offer. Off the record, are the amenities in Sethi Homes even genuinely used or just for show? Change my mind.
My kids have moved out, so I'm finally selling our big house and looking for something manageable in Ghaziabad. I'm trying to decide between Sethi Homes, which is ready, and RHomes Miraabilis, which is still ongoing. Sethi Homes has units around 75L to 1.25Cr, which fits my budget. I'm really keen on understanding the actual maintenance costs for Sethi Homes; what's typically included beyond just security? Also, for Miraabilis, how are the floor plans? I don't need a huge place, just efficient use of space. For Sethi Homes, is the RWA active and well-managed? Don't want any society issues, you know. Any thoughts on which one would be better for someone wanting a peaceful, low-hassle life?
₹75 lakh for Sethi Homes, ₹30 lakh for Krishna Vatika – this price gap is making me think. I'm in Dubai, can't do site visits. For a pure investment, rental potential aur appreciation kisme better hoga? Sethi Homes ka builder trust factor kaisa hai compared to Krishna Vatika? Resale market bhi important hai. Any insights?
Visited Sethi Homes last weekend, looking for a 3BHK upgrade. Honestly, ready-to-move ka premium Ghaziabad mein bahut zyada lag raha hai. Everyone glorifies Sethi Homes' completion, but nobody talks about the total cost of ownership, including sab hidden charges. Shri Balaji Apartment under-construction hai, but is that risk worth a potentially better deal per sqft? Already home loan chal raha hai, so har paisa matter karta hai. Change my mind.
