₹45 lakh for a 2BHK at Shaurya Alstonia. Project completed hai, but as an investor, I'm really concerned about the resale market. Iski liquidity kaisi hai? Kya yahaan investor ratio zyada hai? I've seen projects with high investor ratios struggle with resale. Builder ka track record bhi important hai. Any insights on capital appreciation since launch?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Shaurya Alstonia dekh raha hoon. Completed project hai, toh occupancy kaisi hai? Carpet area kitna efficient hai, yaar... photos mein toh sab theek lagta hai. Aur aas paas daily use ke liye shops, schools kaise hain? Maintenance kitna aata hai monthly?
Shaurya Alstonia Noida dekh raha hun, completed project hai. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. ₹30-50L range mein kaafi options hain, but Alstonia kaafi sahi lag raha paper pe. But is it genuinely good to live in daily? Ya sirf marketing hai? Amenities ka kya scene hai, swimming pool ya gym bas naam ke hain ya actual mein useful? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Builders jo nahi batate, wahi sunna hai. Off-the-record opinions needed!
Did some deep dive research on Shaurya Alstonia online this week. I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest back home, eyeing this project. It's completed, which is a plus, but I'm trying to figure out the real capital appreciation since launch. Has anyone seen good movement on prices there? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? Online numbers are inflated, so I need ground reality. Worried about liquidity, honestly. Is there an active resale market for Alstonia, ya it's tough to offload? What's the investor vs. end-user ratio like? Don't want a ghost society, you know? For someone like me, who can't do a site inspection myself, I need confidence in the long-term exit strategy. What do you guys think for a 5-year horizon? Any issues with power of attorney for rental management?
Vihaan 107 sounds fancy, but Alstonia's carpet area efficiency is better. Kids' school admission is easier nearby too. Change my mind, but that's my take.
Since January I've been trying to decide between Shaurya Alstonia and Grisha Orchid Prime. Alstonia is cheaper, but I'm worried about carpet area efficiency. Grisha looks better, but is it worth the extra cost? Which one has better resale value down the line, honestly not sure ab samajh nahi aa raha.
Alstonia looks better on paper, but is it worth the extra cost? My wife's priority is a safe, gated community for the kids. Harit Heights is COMPLETED, so no possession risk, right? But Alstonia mein, maybe, better ROI in 5 years? Honestly not sure which one will attract better tenants later on. Change my mind. Which one is actually better for a family moving in? Batao yaar.
Need a bigger space, kids' school is the priority. Alstonia seems better, but Harit Heights is ready to move. Which offers better resale, honestly? Any experiences?
I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily check things myself. Shaurya Alstonia looks cheaper now, but will Paramount Floraville have better resale value later? Kya kisi ko pata hai? Also, maintenance costs for both? Need a property manager, so rental income is important. Which one's better for renting out?
Guys, I'm looking to upgrade to a bigger 3BHK in Noida for my family. I've shortlisted Ansal Rainbow and Shaurya Alstonia. Both are ready to move, which is a must. What do you think about the carpet area in both? Space is important, yaar, with the kids growing up. Has anyone experienced the actual price vs advertised in these? They always add hidden charges, right? Also, which one is actually safe for kids and has a good society? Wife wants a proper society, not just flats. Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm confused! Should I even consider these? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which has better resale value in 5 years?
