Did a quick site visit to Shree Banke Bihari Apartment last Sunday. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but not sure if this 2BHK at ₹27L is actually worth it for long-term living. The carpet area felt a bit tight, tbh. Is the society vibe good there, ya fir sab apne mein rehte hain? Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai, schools aur basic markets paas mein hain kya? Already have a home loan, so har cheez check karni padegi. What's the daily life like for residents, especially noise levels?
