₹2.5 lakh booking amount diya tha for Signature Global Proxima 1, aur ab 6 months beyond promised possession date ho gaya hai. Builder se koi clear update nahi mil raha, bas dates aage badha rahe hain. Mera current 2BHK ka EMI chal raha hai, aur yahan rent bhi dena pad raha hai. Jo amenities brochure mein dikhaye the, unka ground reality kya hai? Kisi ne possession liya hai yahan? Kya sach mein rehne layak hai ya bas paper pe accha lag raha hai? Sohna mein is price range mein koi aur option dekhun kya?
Landlord just hiked my rent again, fed up of renting. Finally looking to buy, Signature Global Proxima 1 ₹25-26L mein theek lag raha hai. But I've noticed carpet area on paper often feels smaller on site. Is this common with affordable housing? What did residents find after moving in? Matlab, actual usable space kitna effective hai? Aur possession ke time, koi hidden charges ya quality issues toh nahi mile? Any specific checks for carpet area during final walkthroughs? Hope this helps someone.
Visited Signature Global Proxima 1 last weekend and honestly, the price point for a 2BHK got me thinking. I'm currently in a 2BHK myself but looking at this purely for investment. What's the real rental yield like here? And for resale, is there any liquidity in this segment, or will it be tough to exit in 5-7 years? Not sure how much capital appreciation we can expect.
