Did a site visit to Signature Global The Millennia on Saturday. Honestly, the clubhouse looked great but everyone glorifies these fancy amenities. I'm wondering if high maintenance charges for these facilities actually drive better resale value or tenant attraction. Or is it just a money pit long-term? Change my mind.

Yaar, log bolte hain bas show-off ke liye hota hai. Aur maintenance charges ke against service quality kaisi hai? Worth it hai ya bas extra paisa jaata hai? Children's play area bhi actually usable hai ya bas naam ka hai? First ghar le raha hoon, thoda confused hoon. Koi rehta hai wahan toh batao.
Possession was in March, and I'm honestly trying to figure out if my expectations were too high. At Signature Global The Millennia, the brochure promised a lot, but the reality for things like the clubhouse is a bit different. It's there, sure, but doesn't feel like a proper facility yet, more like a half-used space. Things nobody told me about during booking... the gym equipment is okay, but not what I pictured from the renders. Also, the maintenance charges kicked in, and I'm not sure if the actual service quality matches up. Are other residents seeing the same? I'm wondering if the green areas will ever be as lush as shown. Does anyone else who's moved into a new Gurugram project recently feel this way about their amenities? What's your first-hand experience been?

Don't want to get stuck in a ghost society, yaar. Their delivery track record kaafi mixed hai, suna hai. What's the real ground reality for this one? Will they actually stick to the RERA timeline? Ya phir delays honge? I'm worried about my capital getting locked up for years. Any insights into their project management for this specific one? Any hidden charges I should watch out for?
