Did a site visit to Signature Global The Millennia on Saturday. Honestly, the clubhouse looked great but everyone glorifies these fancy amenities. I'm wondering if high maintenance charges for these facilities actually drive better resale value or tenant attraction. Or is it just a money pit long-term? Change my mind.

Children's play area bhi actually usable hai ya bas naam ka hai? First ghar le raha hoon, thoda confused hoon. Koi rehta hai wahan toh batao.
