SM Platina, Bengaluru – I'm looking at this project for investment. Based in Dubai, can't visit. What's the real rental yield like there? Is resale active or difficult? Concerned about long-term appreciation, yaar.
For family living, Prestige Elysian ka high price worth it hai kya compared to SM Platina? Kids ke school aur safe neighbourhood chahiye. Elysian mein social infra accha hai, but SM Platina mein end-users zyada lagte hain. Usable space aur floor plan bhi matter karta hai. Kya thoughts hain?
It's been six months trying to find a new flat after the kids moved out, and SM Platina seemed perfect for a manageable home. The sales team quoted around ₹45L, promising low maintenance and good amenities. Honestly, after visiting, the maintenance charges feel way higher than advertised, almost ₹5000 for a small 2BHK. And the gym? It's not at all what the brochure showed, really outdated equipment. We wanted a good society, but this feels... off. Did anyone else buy at SM Platina and face similar issues with amenity quality or maintenance costs?
Trying to figure out Bengaluru property is a headache with these crazy price gaps. I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking at completed projects MC Fortune (1.7 Cr+) and SM Platina (42L+). MC Fortune feels like a stretch. Will SM Platina give decent 5-year appreciation or rental potential? Is the lower price a red flag for future returns?
