Builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai, especially for kids' safety. Don't want a ghost society. Investor ratio kya hai Smartworld mein? Change my mind.
Is Smartworld One DXP's projected possession timeline just a marketing fantasy? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there. My home loan is already running, so another long wait for possession would be a big problem. Everyone talks about the fancy amenities and location, but no one really discusses the builder's actual track record for delivery. Are we just supposed to believe the brochure dates? Is the price jump from a 2BHK to a 3BHK at DXP worth the potential years of delay? Honestly, I'm not sure. Has anyone had a smooth possession experience with them before? Change my mind if you think their timelines are legit.
The actual living experience at Smartworld One DXP is what I'm concerned about. Is it genuinely good for daily life, or just good on paper? How's the carpet area efficiency, really? My parents keep saying to check usable space. Also, what about the neighbourhood for daily needs and schools? Don't want to regret my first property choice.
