₹60 lakh for a 2BHK in Bengaluru feels like a stretch now. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Architha Aarna under-construction hai, but SMD Altezz ready-to-move. For an NRI, which one makes more sense for rental income? Total cost of ownership, including registry aur sab, kitna upar jaayega? Worried about OC and possession status for the ongoing project.

SMD Altezz investment ke liye dekha tha, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Completed project hai, so delivery ka issue nahi. Par rental yield jo bataya tha, woh mil hi nahi raha. Resale market bhi utna liquid nahi lag raha. Kya yahan investor ratio bahut zyada hai? Actual exit strategy kya banegi?
