My first 3 months at SNN Raj Etternia E Block: amenities reality check

Possession was in March for my flat at SNN Raj Etternia E Block Building 4, and I've been here about three months now. Honestly, the brochure looked amazing, but daily life is a bit different. The pool is great, but the gym equipment is always occupied or needs repair. Are others finding the amenities just okay, not spectacular?
