Noise levels kaafi hain kya, especially from the main road? Aur community vibe kaisa lag raha hai sabko? Mera flat 9th wing mein hai. Kya neighbours friendly hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain?

Sobha Windsor Phase 4 — just moved in last month. Amenities look great on paper, but are they useful daily? Pool's nice, gym packed. Society vibe feels isolated. Is it genuinely good to live here?

Anyone else see that video about Sobha Dream Gardens in Thanisandra? I'm looking at their 1BHKs, they're starting at 86 Lakh. That's a good chunk for a 1BHK, even from Sobha. But the completion date is Dec 2027, which feels like ages away. I'm wondering if the wait and price are justified for that area. What do you guys think about the project or Thanisandra generally?
