Is Soulace in Bengaluru genuinely good for daily living, ya just good on paper? I'm looking for my first home, something completed, and this one caught my eye, but the price range (₹3.72 Cr onwards) is a big deal for me. My parents keep saying location is key, so I'm trying to figure out the neighborhood quality, like schools and hospitals nearby. I'm really keen on the amenity reality check. Are the amenities like the gym and pool actually well-maintained and usable, ya sirf dikhane ke liye hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly logon se milte hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Honestly not sure if it's worth it for a long-term home, especially if the amenities aren't up to mark.
Soulace ki maintenance charges are a complete scam, honestly. Just moved in a couple months back, and the monthly bill is way higher than what they promised during booking. Matlab, amenities toh theek hain, but the RWA is charging for stuff we barely use. Builder ne bola tha ek amount, but ab it's like double for basic things. Aur OC milne ke baad bhi... yeh hidden costs ka kya karein? Anyone else facing this issue in Soulace? Ya phir I'm just unlucky?
The completed luxury segment in Bengaluru feels like it's holding onto peak prices too long. I'm looking at Soulace, the 3/4 BHKs, for investment. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? What's the real rental yield folks are seeing there? Builders always promise big numbers, but what's the ground reality for a 3.7 Cr+ flat? Also, how liquid is the resale market for these high-end units? I'm worried about investor-heavy projects becoming ghost societies later. What's the exit strategy look like in 5-7 years?
My lease ends in 6 months, and buying for myself is tricky. Soulace (completed) vs Casagrand Zaiden (ongoing): Is Soulace's ready premium worth it, or will Zaiden give better 5-year appreciation?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is even for someone like me. Been looking at Soulace, the completed project in Bengaluru. Price range ₹3.72-₹5.10 Cr is a bit steep, but I'm trying to see past the brochure glamour. As a broker, I know marketing spin. Is Soulace genuinely good for daily living, ya bas paper pe acha lagta hai? I'm really worried about the amenities – the clubhouse and pool look great, but are they actually maintained? Log use karte hain ya just for show? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Is it an isolated feel, ya log interact karte hain? Mera family needs a proper home near the IT corridor, not just an investment. Any residents here who can give an off-the-record reality check?
Soulace — been checking out this completed project for my own home. I know marketing spin, but daily life wahan kaisa hai? Amenities ka reality check kya hai, especially for kids? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain off the record?
