Phir Spiti Greenwood Estate bhi dekha, woh under-construction hai. Brochure mein amenities aur layout kaafi sahi laga, but price 3.8-4.4 Cr tak jaa raha hai. Meri main concern hai possession status aur total cost of ownership. Ashley mein sab clear hai, but Spiti mein pre-EMI aur construction quality ka risk hai. Kya under-construction mein builder ka track record zyada important ho jaata hai? Hidden costs bhi toh add hote hain. Jo Sohna mein reh rahe hain, which one would you pick for a family?
