Spr Homez By MK Developer – possession mila March mein, aur abhi se thodi tension ho rahi hai. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, woh ground pe thode alag lag rahe hain. Jaise clubhouse, itna grand nahi hai jitna laga tha, aur swimming pool bhi abhi tak operational nahi hai. Construction quality mein bhi kuch cracks dikh rahe hain walls pe already, aur kitchen fittings bhi thode loose hain. Maintenance charges toh sahi le rahe hain, but services ka level utna nahi lag raha. Jo security system tha, CCTVs toh hain but guards ka presence thoda kam lagta hai. Anyone else here jo Spr Homez mein rehte hain? Kya aapka experience bhi aisa hi hai? Ya yeh initial issues hain jo settle ho jaayenge? Batao yaar, kya karna chahiye.

Iska total cost of ownership including PLC, maintenance kitna jayega? Yaar, 5-year appreciation ke liye which one is better? Is that premium for Rameshwar Orchids worth it, ya Spr Homez mein invest karna sahi hoga? Any experiences?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Ghaziabad for my growing family. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the children and good schools nearby. I'm looking at Spr Homez by MK Developer; the price is very appealing, honestly not sure how they manage it. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya fir bas brochure pe acha lagta hai? What about the society vibe, is it friendly? Kids ke liye playgrounds, community feel kaisa hai wahan? Any parents living there, please share your experience.
