Spent last week digging into completed projects in Noida Extension, and SS Shri Ram Vatika caught my eye. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game, yaar. For investors, what's the real capital appreciation like post-possession? Not sure if the initial price surge is over. Kya iska rental yield actual mein worth it hai, ya just marketing hype? Also, is it more of an investor-heavy society or do genuine end-users also live there? Ghost society ka risk toh nahi hai?

The resale market for SS Shri Ram Vatika feels incredibly illiquid right now. I bought a unit there expecting decent capital appreciation and an easy exit strategy. Honestly, finding a buyer is proving tough; offers are nowhere near what I'd hoped. Rental yields aren't making up for it either. Did anyone else buy here and manage a profitable resale? Or is this just the reality for completed projects in Noida Extension?
