Under-construction risk is often overblown for long-term holds. I'm in Dubai, can't visit. For Bangalore, SSVR Acacia (ready) vs Godrej Aveline (upcoming) – which makes more sense for 5-year appreciation and rental potential for an NRI? Ready property easy, but Aveline ka ROI better ho sakta hai?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, aur pehli property hai toh bohot confusion hai. SSVR Acacia aur MC Fortune dono completed projects hain. MC Fortune ka price thoda high lag raha, par unke amenities kitne useful hain? Yaar, SSVR Acacia ke floor plans better hain ya MC Fortune ke? Maintenance charges ka bhi idea nahi.
