Sun Affordable Flats ka brochure dekh ke lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai, but real mein carpet area aur layout itna tight hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here, but samajh nahi aa raha ki yeh price jump worth it hai ya nahi. Jo amenities dikhate hain, woh actually useful hain bhi ya sirf show-off? Maintenance charges ke baare mein bhi confusion hai. Log bolte hain builder promises aur reality mein bohot farak hota hai. Kisi aur ne yeh experience kiya hai? Kya karein?

Daily life ke liye kitna practical hai ye project? Should I consider it seriously ya just good on paper hai?
₹45 lakh for a 1BHK at Sun Affordable Flats. I work in real estate, toh I know marketing material can be misleading. Brochures show a great gym, community hall, kids' play area. But honestly, are these amenities actually maintained and useful, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? I've seen many projects jahan gym equipment toot jata hai quickly. Also, their 1BHK layout. Super area seems okay, but carpet area feels small. What's the actual livable space like? Koi resident hai jo share kar sake real experience?
