Noida mein Sunshine Helios aur Cosmos Shivalik Homes, both are completed projects. Helios looks fancy, but those PLC charges are insane! Has anyone actually paid the advertised rate or is it always much higher? I'm thinking Shivalik might be a better deal overall, even if it's not as 'premium'. Carpet area efficiency is important to me. Which one gives more usable space, realistically? Also, resale market mein, which one moves faster? Investment ke liye puch raha hu, not for personal use. Should I just stick to something smaller and more affordable? Need some opinions before I commit. Honestly not sure which way to go. Kya scene hai?
PKS Town Central is ready to move, but Sunshine Helios ka price is so high! Carpet area sahi hai kya? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega, I'm confused yaar. Any thoughts?
Just moved into Noida last month, and property hunting was a headache. Now friend is asking for advice. He's stuck between Ajnara Grand Heritage and Sunshine Helios. Both in Noida, but Ajnara is ready to move. Helios is also OC mil gaya hai, but price difference hai. I'm thinking ready to move is less risk, right? Carpet area wise, anyone know which one is better? Which society would you pick and why? Batao yaar!

Sunshine Helios mein amenities toh mast hain, but it's expensive! RN Elite is way cheaper. Carpet area wise, which one gives better space, especially for kids? Also, school nearby hona chahiye. Is Helios worth the extra cost, or is RN Elite sahi hai for a family?
