₹30 lakh for SVS Rudra Heights, aur jo possession ke time mila, trust me, it's not what they showed. Kids ke playground ka saara equipment broken hai, swimming pool bhi rarely clean milta hai. My wife was so upset about the actual flat finish, walls mein minor cracks hain already. They promised a safe, family-friendly environment for children, but security guards bhi properly manage nahi karte. CCTV cameras bhi out of order rehte hain, not sure if they ever work. School bus pick-up point bhi main road par hai, not inside society, which worries us for the little ones. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain but services ke naam par kuch nahi. Society ka RWA bhi builder ke saath hi hai, so complaints sunte hi nahi. Matlab, is it really worth living here long-term with a growing family? Anyone else faced such issues after project delivery? What did you do to get things fixed?

My 2BHK in Sector 78 gave good appreciation. Considering SVS Rudra Heights for investment. SVS Homes ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Resale market kitni liquid hai for these? Any tips for checking actual value?
