Builders always play games with the advertised price. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, man. Looking at Swaraj Homes Leiah, they quote ₹1.03 Cr, but the carpet area vs super area game is insane. Hind Apartment feels more transparent, but it's older. What's the real price per sqft people are actually paying after all the hidden charges for Leiah? And for Hind, is the floor plan genuinely more efficient, or am I missing something?
