Been paying rent for over 10 years now, and my landlord just hiked it again. I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at buying, especially The 3C Lotus Zing. Everyone talks about the amenities there, but honestly, are they even useful day-to-day? I'm worried it's all just for show, not actual livability. Is the community vibe friendly, or is it one of those isolated societies? I need a real home, not just a fancy brochure. Change my mind.
