India's First Real Estate Community

The Antriksh Nature mein move karna ek rollercoaster raha hai, honestly. Possession March mein mili thi, and abhi bhi adjust kar raha hoon. Initial days mein kaafi issues aaye, especially plumbing aur fittings mein. Builder ne jo carpet area promise kiya tha, usme thoda difference laga. Kya kisi aur ka bhi possession experience aisa hi raha? I'm curious if these are common post-possession hiccups. Society mein community vibe abhi tak toh theek lag raha hai. But kids ke liye play areas kaafi kaam hain, not sure if more will develop. Daily living ke liye yeh genuinely good hai ya sirf brochures mein accha lagta hai? Noise levels bhi thode high lagte hain highway ki wajah se. Maintenance charges bhi expected se zyada lag rahe hain, around ₹3.5/sqft. Is this normal for a completed project in Greater Noida?
Greater Noida West — Sarvottam Newoida (ongoing) aur Antriksh Nature (ready) mein stuck hoon. Under-construction delays vs ready flat maintenance ka real game kya hai? Hidden costs kaise pata karein? Tips?
Antriksh Group ka overall delivery record utna solid nahi hai jitna log bolte hain. I'm based in Dubai, looking at The Antriksh Nature for investment. Project toh completed hai, but I'm worried about builder ka general track record. Kya is project mein delivery smooth thi? What's the real rental yield one can expect? Resale market kitna liquid hai for these units? I can't visit, so need community ki ground reality. Disagree? Tell me why.
Greater Noida ke Antriksh projects — kuch ground reality check mila hai. Just moved into my new flat a couple months back, and the actual price per sqft for Antriksh Golf City was way higher than advertised. Broker ne kitna kuch chhupaya, yaar. For Antriksh Nature, I heard the all-in cost for possession was also quite a shocker for many. It's never just the base price, right? My biggest question is, for a 5-year appreciation, which one makes more sense? Golf City ka location better lagta hai, but Nature ka size thoda bigger hai. Also, parking allocation is a mess in many societies. Is it lottery-based for both, ya covered parking ka guarantee hai? Yeh sab choti cheezein baad mein headache deti hain. Hope someone can share their first-hand experience on these Antriksh projects, especially on the real price paid versus brochure price, investment potential, and parking scene.
The Antriksh Nature — just moved into my 2BHK here about two months back. Honestly, the society feels a bit empty sometimes. I'm wondering if it's mostly investors here? What's the actual capital appreciation looking like since possession? Prices seem to be flat... or is it just me? What's everyone else seeing?
Antriksh Nature's 3BHK carpet area is a total letdown for families. My wife's priority is kids' space, but the layouts feel so cramped. What's daily life quality like? Change my mind.
2 kids growing up fast, we really need a bigger 3BHK now. My wife and I have been checking out The Antriksh Nature and Deepak Green Residency in Noida Extension. Both are completed, which is a big plus. Antriksh Nature ka price thoda higher side pe hai, but amenities aur green space kaafi achhe dikh rahe hain. Deepak Green Residency ka carpet area efficiency kaisa hai? Aur society ka vibe, kids ke liye safety aur khelne ki jagah, ye sab kaisa hai wahan? Brochure mein sab mast lagta hai, but actual ground reality kya hai? Jo log wahan rehte hain, please share your experience. Which one would you pick for a family moving in?
My budget finalised, loan pre-approved — but ab Antriksh Nature mein investment ka ROI samajh nahi aa raha. Builder ne projections toh bade dikhaye the. Actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai logon ko? Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain, worried about net income. Resale ka kya scene hai? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
Noida Extension mein Antriksh Nature dekh raha hoon for my post-retirement life. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. We're selling our large house and want something manageable, with good society and elevator access. My recent site visit to Antriksh Nature felt good, but I'm always skeptical about builder's listed carpet area vs. actual usable space. My tip is: always carry a measuring tape to see actual dimensions, not just trust the brochure. For ₹3.63 Cr, I want true value. What about maintenance charges? And proximity to good hospitals?
Antriksh Nature ka ₹3.63 Cr price point is just hype, to be honest. I work in real estate, par khud ke liye kharidna alag baat hai. Builders ka marketing spin pata hai. Is this project genuinely good to live daily, ya sirf paper pe hi luxury hai? Amenities like the clubhouse, gym – are they actually useful or bas show-off? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly or isolated? Is it worth the premium? Change my mind.
