Just got Milan Apartments' keys. Super area seemed huge, but carpet area feels small. New Priyadarshani Appartment layouts looked more space-efficient. Anyone else find usable space a real issue?
New Priyadarshani Appartment mein investment ka kya scene hai? Everyone talks about its prime location, but capital appreciation figures lagte nahi hain. Sach batao, iska rental yield kitna aata hai? I'm hearing numbers jo bilkul unrealistic hain. Aur resale market mein kitni liquidity hai? Lagta hai bas investors hi investors hain, end-users koi nahi. Honestly, I'm worried about getting stuck. Change my mind, please.
I'm currently in a 2BHK and eyeing a 3BHK upgrade, already have a home loan. Priyadarshani Appartment looks okay, but M2K Victoria Gardens' price per sqft feels really high. Is the premium for M2K actually worth it for 5-year appreciation, or is Priyadarshani a more sensible long-term investment in Delhi? What's the real total cost of ownership difference between these two?
New Delhi — looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for my family. Hardik Luxurious Homes is completed, which feels safer. But The New Priyadarshani Appartment keeps popping up. I'm honestly not sure about its current status or the builder. Under-construction projects like Priyadarshani make me nervous, especially with kids' school admissions. My wife prioritizes a safe area with good schools and hospitals nearby. Hardik seems decent for social infra, but is Priyadarshani even truly underway? How's their builder trust? Has anyone bought in Hardik? What's the total cost of ownership? For Priyadarshani, should I risk an under-construction for a family? Any insights on either project for families would be super helpful.
