Been researching Sohna for a while, The Rising Palm Floors (₹1.10 Cr) looks interesting. What's the real resale market like for this project? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, will they finish on time? Investor ratio bhi high hai kya?
Been tracking Gurgaon properties for almost a year now, and it's a jungle out there. I'm looking at The Rising Palm Floors for investment, around that ₹1.10 Cr price point. Honestly, I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. You see the marketing, but what's the ground reality for investors? I'm trying to figure out the actual capital appreciation here. Has its price really moved much since launch, or is most of the upside gone already? I know what builders don't tell you about pre-launch vs current rates. Also, what's their track record for delivery? Timely possession is critical for my ROI. What about resale market liquidity? Will it be easy to exit in 5-7 years, or is it a slow market? Any real experiences with this project?
Been looking for 8 months now, and The Rising Palm Floors is on my radar for an investment. My budget is around ₹1.10 Cr, purely looking at long-term wealth creation. What's the community's take on its capital appreciation prospects? Has the price actually moved much since launch, or is it pretty stagnant? Also, the rental yield figures shared seem decent, but what's the real-world scenario? Can one realistically expect good monthly returns here? My biggest concern is the under-construction risk. What's the builder's delivery track record like? Don't want to get stuck with endless delays. Is it a good bet for ROI, or just another ghost society waiting to happen?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurgaon, and The Rising Palm Floors keeps popping up. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel, but buying for myself is totally different. They're quoting around ₹1.10 Cr for an ongoing project. I'm really trying to get an honest sense of daily life there. Are the amenities actually usable, or just for show? Like, is the gym ever crowded? And what about the actual neighborhood vibe? Schools and markets nearby are crucial for us. Not sure if the promised green spaces are truly maintained, or just on paper. Anyone living there, what's your off-the-record take on the noise levels and overall quality of life? Is it genuinely a good home?
