Noida Extension — finally taking the plunge after fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai. Looking at Trinity Provica Dream Valley, it's upcoming and seems quite affordable at ₹57.90 L. Then there's UCHDL Elegantia, which is pricier at ₹96.61 L but I think it's ready. My main concern is the *actual* price per sqft after all hidden charges. Also, Trinity Provica ka builder trust factor kaisa hai for an upcoming project? UCHDL Elegantia ke floor plans kitne efficient hain, usable space zyada hai kya? Would love to hear your experiences.
My kids' school admission is coming up next year and I still haven't locked down our new home. Noida Extension mein dekh raha hoon, especially for a 3BHK. Trinity Provica Dream Valley upcoming hai, price range higher side hai, but builder ka track record kaisa hai? Deliver kar paayenge time pe ya delays honge? Meri wife ko safety aur kids ke liye nearby schools bahut important hain. Elkens Sai Dham Residency completed hai, kaafi affordable bhi, but itna low price mein quality kaisi hogi? Floor plans efficient hain ya just numbers game? Kya wahan proper security aur good schools within 2km hain? Builder reputation pe trust karna chahiye kya for Trinity? Ya Elkens jaisa ready project lena better hai, even if it's super budget? Confused hoon yaar.
Is Trinity Provica Dream Valley's higher price per sqft justified for long-term appreciation over APS Gold Homes? Currently in a 2BHK, I'm thinking of upgrading. APS is completed, Trinity's upcoming. Will its investor ratio affect future resale or society vibe? Already have a home loan; is that price jump worth it for a 5-year outlook?
Greater Noida – upgrading for the kids. Eldeco Magnolia Park is ready, but a 3BHK feels pricey. Trinity Provica Dream Valley is cheaper but upcoming, so under-construction risk worries us. My wife prioritizes a safe, family-friendly society for school. What's the end-user ratio in these projects? Any experiences?
