Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, honestly, I'm just fed up of renting now. Landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. My budget is around ₹60-70L. I'm looking at Propzone The Taj Greens in Greater Noida and Trivor Aspire in Noida. Both are ready projects. Propzone seems more affordable, but not sure about hidden costs. Kya actual price per sqft advertised se bohot different hota hai? For Trivor, is the higher price justified for better 5-year appreciation? Aur rental potential kis mein zyada hai? I need opinions on which one makes more sense for a first-time buyer, looking for decent ROI and easy rental if needed. Any genuine experiences with these projects?
Been researching Trivor Aspire Apartment for a while from Dubai. Can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on community feedback. Project toh completed hai, but I'm trying to gauge the actual rental yield. Kya scene hai udhar? Kitna expect kar sakte hain per month for a 2BHK? Also, resale market kitna liquid hai? Ismein capital appreciation ka kya potential dikhta hai, ya already maxed out hai? Need to understand the long-term ROI. Thanks, yaar.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Trivor Aspire. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. It's a completed project, which is great, but I'm trying to figure out if the premium is truly justified for daily living. Brochure photos always look amazing, but what's the actual livability like? Especially interested in the amenity reality – are they well-maintained, and do residents actually use them? Or is it just show? Also, for a completed project, what hidden things should I really check during a site visit beyond the flat itself? Like, what about noise levels from common areas or external factors? Is the carpet area efficiency good enough to feel like a real upgrade? Is the community vibe friendly? Any tips for evaluating a completed project's true value, not just the listed price? Hope this helps someone else looking too.
