UCHDL Edenia: Amenities good on paper, but real life?

₹70 lakh for a 3BHK at UCHDL Edenia – is this actually a good deal for a family? Everyone glorifies their 'amenities' but honestly, kitne useful hain practical life mein? My kids need proper play areas, not just a fancy clubhouse. Is the society vibe genuinely friendly, or just isolated? Schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain real mein? Change my mind if I'm missing something.

Is under-construction ROI worth the wait in Noida Extension?

Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion. I'm upgrading to 3BHK. Fairfox Eon ongoing vs UCHDL Edenia ready hai. Fairfox ka potential ROI worth the wait? Ya UCHDL ka premium better hai? Change my mind.
