Hilston by Urbtech vs UCHDL WMCC 2B… kids have moved out, so I don't need a big space. Is paying more for ready-to-move worth avoiding construction risk, even if the carpet area is less? What about resale?
Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge! Looking at Jaypee Knights Court vs UCHDL WMCC 2B. Knights Court looks fancier online, but WMCC actually gives you more carpet area for the price. Matlab, less wasted space! Also, Knights Court PLC charges are insane. Someone told me WMCC maintenance is lower too. Anyone else compared these projects? Which one is a better deal practically?
My wife's priority is a safe area for the children, so I'm looking at ready-to-move options only. I'm confused between GBG Infratech GBG Residency and UCHDL WMCC 2B. WMCC 2B mein price is quite high, almost 1.5-3 Cr. But GBG Residency seems slightly more affordable. Is it worth the extra money for WMCC 2B? Carpet area is a big concern for me, need at least a 3BHK that actually feels like a 3BHK, not cramped. Also, school and hospital proximity is important. Anyone living in either of these projects? What's your experience with the builder trust factor? I've heard mixed reviews about GBG. Which would you recommend for a family?
Finally taking the plunge after years of renting, fed up of the landlord raising rent again. EMI vs rent math is making my head spin. I'm looking at ready to move options in Noida. UCHDL WMCC 2B and Hilston By Urbtech are on my radar. But the price per sqft feels inflated. Is it just me? Are we paying a huge premium to avoid under-construction risk? Honestly not sure if it’s worth it. Also, what about maintenance charges in these ready projects? Heard some horror stories. Anyone have experience with these projects? Am I missing something? Should I just gamble on under-construction?
