Like, pool, gym, play area, are they well-maintained aur daily use ke liye sahi hain? Yaar, sometimes brochure mein sab achha dikhta hai but reality mein maintenance hi nahi hota. Neighbourhood mein good schools like NPS ya Greenwood access kaisa hai? Society ka vibe friendly hai kya? Maintenance charges bhi bata do, kitne lagte hain. Is it genuinely a good home for families ya sirf price tag high hai? Any current residents, please batao.
