Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — Urban Park View is my current focus. I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels different. At ₹3.45 Cr, what's the actual resale liquidity for investors? And the capital appreciation since launch? Need honest opinions, not marketing fluff.
Visited Urban Park View last Saturday. My wife and I need a 3BHK for our kids. Is it genuinely good for daily family life, or just good on paper? Amenities ki actual quality kaisi hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals kitne paas hain? ₹3.45 Cr mein, is it worth it for a family? Koi resident hai wahan?
Did a site visit to Urban Park View last month, aur unka sales pitch sun ke laga sab set hai. They promised possession by end of 2024, but construction speed dekh ke lagta nahi possible hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading for investment. Builder ka track record kya hai yaar? Worried about project delays affecting capital appreciation and rental yield. Is it worth blocking ₹3.45 Cr here? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai for such projects?
